VECP stands for (Value Engineering Change Proposal) is a military term. Its meaning is to optimize product cost, while maintaining the necessary to accomplish the mission qualities. This knife could not be better reflects this concept!
Les George VECP created on the legendary custom knife Rockeye. Master left the best of custom, and only replaced the manual “grind” on the blade machining. In the end we got an amazingly robust and convenient knife with a minimum of 2 times cheaper than its brother custom made by hand.
